Transforming spaces into homes

Specialized designers

We understand people before spaces.

For more than 25 years designing homes in Los Cabos, we’ve learned that the perfect result doesn’t begin with selecting materials or furniture. It begins by listening to you.

We interpret your dreams and take care of every detail so that when you open the door, you can feel: my home feels just like me.

Creating Spaces

"We are passionate about creating and transforming spaces that are functional, aesthetic, and easily adapt to you."

Where are you right now?

No matter the stage, we are here to accompany you.

A HOME THAT’S READY TO ENJOY—WITHOUT THE STRESS OF FIGURING IT ALL OUT ON YOUR OWN.

We help you make every decision with confidence, from the materials to the very last decorative detail.

MAYBE YOUR HOME FEELS OUTDATED. OR MAYBE IT SIMPLY NO LONGER FEELS LIKE A PLACE YOU LOVE BEING IN.

It is not always necessary to start from scratch. We are here to help you rediscover its potential.

YOU HAVE A CLEAR VISION. YOU’RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT TEAM TO BRING IT TO LIFE.

We design with a clear goal: to deliver a space that exceeds everything you had imagined.

Designing a space implies hundreds of decisions. Our job is to make sure none of them keep you awake.

Testimonials

Our Clients

Shout out… and heartfelt thanks… to the amazing team at Ascendencia Tapices y Persianas! From start to finish, they were responsive, communicative, professional and understanding. Superheroes Gabriela, Alejandra, Jose Manuel, Victor and Alberto came to my rescue… I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

ADB Los Cabos / Proyecto residencial

We had a really great experience with the Ascendencia team. Excellent collaboration, easy communication, despite the language barrier. Great interactive visual presentation made certain that we got exactly what we wanted. Top quality and professionalism. Frequent updates to let us know when and what to expect. Very nice people too.

Norval Bradley Canadá / Proyecto residencial Los Cabos

Alejandra and the team over there were great to work with and made the whole process very easy being from the US. This was very helpful — they procured and installed all their designs. Give them a call if you need help in the Los Cabos area.
